Eating from a moving conveyer belt always had it’s risks but Yo! Sushi have now upped their danger game by adding propellers and insane levels of instability.
Their new (imaginatively titled) ‘flying service tray’ was taken for a test run this week with what can only be described as terrible results (after you watch the official video above, watch the Guardian one below).
A row of hungry diners soon bored of the novelty of a flying tray as they repeatedly saw their carefully prepared Japanese cuisine hit the pavement.
The sushi chain say they will roll out the concept to all its restaurants next year.
